Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by a service provider in the European Union. When you visit the website, the web server automatically stores data transmitted by your browser in so-called log files: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the file retrieved, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, and the operating system of your device.

This data is used solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not combined with other data sources or analysed for marketing purposes. The log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. No user profiles are created and no data is passed on to advertising networks. Consent via a cookie banner is therefore not required.

Contacting us

The enquiry form on this website does not transmit your input to our server. When you submit it, your local email program opens with a prepared message, which you send yourself. Your data therefore reaches us exclusively as a regular email.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it once the enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply, in particular the seven-year retention period under Austrian commercial and tax law.

Location map

The map on our contact page is delivered entirely from our own web server. No data is transmitted to Google Maps or any other external map provider and no connections to third-party servers are established. The map data comes from OpenStreetMap and, like the map's font files, is provided statically by us. When you view the map, your data never leaves our server.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are embedded when the site is built and delivered from our own server. Visiting the website therefore does not establish a connection to Google Fonts servers.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
